Richard Zande has been in practice since his admission in 1988 and is the Principal of Richard Zande & Associates. Since 1988 Richard has continually held a Practicing Certificate and worked in various areas of law including Family Law, Criminal Law, Wills and Estates and Child Protection among many others.
When Richard is not at work he can often be found in the dojo working on his Taekwondo patterns, working on his car or spending time with his family.
Nicole was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2023 after 10 years working her way up from a receptionist role. Nicole grew up volunteering within the veteran community and continues to have a passion for supporting the Defence community. Nicole works in a variety of areas of law including Wills and Estates, Family Law, Criminal Law, Conveyancing and is also an accredited Mediator and Family Dispute Resolution Conference.
When not working, Nicole is often found completing puzzles, paddle boarding or spending time with her fiancé and family.
Kelli is our Accounts Manager and Conveyancer. Working with the firm since 2004, Kelli knows the ins and outs of office.
Kelli is a born and bred Ipswich girl who has had strong ties to the Ipswich Orpheus Choral. When she is not at work, Kelli can be found catching up on her favourite television or spending time with family.
Kelli loves helping clients get into their first homes and especially when she gets to make that call to a first home buyer to let them know settlement has gone through.
Piper completed work experience with us in 2019 and we were glad to welcome her to the team in 2022.
Piper completed school in 2021 and is now one of our legal secretaries assisting in all areas of law. When not working, Piper can be found spending time with friends and family, visiting the beach or getting stuck into MAFS or Love Island.
After finishing school in 2021 and completing a Certificate in Business at Wounded Warriors, Taylor started with our office n 2023 and has proven to take her unofficial title of “Director of First Impressions” very seriously. Always ready to go above and beyond to help our clients.
When Taylor isn’t working she is enjoying spending time with her dog at the park or studying to become a psychologist.
