The name Richard Zande is synonymous with the Legal Profession in Ipswich from the early 1960’s, when Mr Zande Snr, Richard’s father, first set up the firm Richard Zande & Associates. Richard always wanted to be a lawyer and was admitted on the 22 February 1988 and has held continuous practicing certificates to the present date.
Richard Zande has been in practice since his admission in 1988 and is the Principal of Richard Zande & Associates. Since 1988 Richard has continually held a Practicing Certificate and worked in various areas of law including Family Law, Criminal Law, Wills and Estates, Child Protection among many others.
When Richard is not at work he can often be found in the dojo working on his Taekwondo patterns, working on his car or spending time with his family.
Nicole is our resident Law Clerk who started working in law in 2012 and is currently studying for a Bachelor of Laws through the University of Southern Queensland. Nicole grew up volunteering within the veteran community and continues to have a passion for supporting the Defence community. Nicole works in a variety of areas of law including Wills and Estates, Employment, Family Law, Criminal Law and Conveyancing and is also an accredited Mediator.
When not working, Nikki is often found studying, paddle boarding or spending time with her fiancé and family.
Tammy is one of our Legal Secretary’s and started with us in 2016, after gathering experience working in banks and law firms in Sydney. Tammy is originally from Sydney and is mad about the Cronulla Sharks, which we will forgive her for. She has a keen eye and passion for conveyancing and is all about making sure our client’s conveyancing experiences are as stress free as possible.
When not working, Tammy is often found with her 2 children, spending time with friends or watching the Sharks.
